Icons created with Illustrio can be used for commercial and client projects for free. This makes it an ideal solution to be used for all kinds of projects.
28 GIMP

GIMP or the GNU Image manipulation program is a full-fledged photo manipulation and image composition tool. Its feature set rivals professional editors like Photoshop, and GIMP is often used as a free alternative to Photoshop.
